This post will see in detail the SAP AI Business Services – Document Extraction Information and its benefits and features.
Document Information Extraction:
Document information extraction using machine learning algorithm to extract data from the database, analyze and process those data to help Organization automatically process accounting documents. For example, payables, invoices, or payment notes, etc. The user extraction is a two-step process first, the document submitted to OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and second, the output provided in JSON file format.

Document Extraction Information Features:
- Information Extraction – Extraction of document files as input and the structured data provided in header and line item.

SAP AI Business Services – Document Information Extraction runs on Amazon AWS Platform. In addition, it runs in the SAP Cloud Foundry.
