SAP AI Business Services – Invoice Object Recommendation:

Invoice object recommendation AI service helps to get recommendations on what accounts objects need to assign. e-g G/L account, cost objects, etc. This machine-learning algorithm helps an organization identify incoming invoices without a purchase order and assign relevant invoice objects.

The organization can create a custom model or use a pre-trained model provided by SAP for invoice object prediction. In addition, we can create our own custom model after train and test with historical invoice data.

Invoice Object Recommendation Features:

G/L Account Recommendation – Predict and recommend a G/L account for an incoming invoice with no PO reference.
Cost Object Recommendation – Predict and recommend a cost object for an incoming invoice with no PO reference.
CO-PA Dimension Value Recommendation – Predict and recommend a profitability analysis (CO-PA) for the G/L accounts.
