When I was thinking about animation or graphics, we need a professional developer/designer to give the output what we want.
If I want a cartoon of a person or character, it would require many days to bring it visual due to many pre and post-processes involved.
Nowadays, Artificial Intelligence is in all industries, and it is evolving in lighting speed.
Today, we will see cartoonize our photo or video using Cartoonize Artificial Intelligence.
The developer has given three options to install this Cartoonize library.
I thought to run in Google Colab however I am getting error “File “/usr/lib/python3.7/socketserver.py”, line 466, in server_bind self.socket.bind(self.server_address) OSError: [Errno 98] Address already in use“.
We will solve this post step by step code in the future.
I have run the code on their Web demo app, uploaded my photo, and got the below image.
